Description: The US Army War College, Department of Distance Education has a requirement to provide instructor services for second year studies to provide faculty instruction, evaluation of student work submissions, advising/mentoring and other required suport for nonresident students of the Distance Education Program. The period of performance is expected to be 1 August 2009 through 31 July 2010 with four, one-year option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. It is required that all contractors doing business with the Government be registered with the Central Contractor Registry at website: http://www.ccr.gov. This requirement is a 100% set-aside for small business, see numbered note 1. The NAICS code is 611710 and the small business size standard is $7.0M.
