- The Joint Space Operations Center (JSpOC) is located at Vandenberg AFB, CA. This is an existing facility where the operational staff will use the Joint Space Operations Center (JSpOC) Mission System (JMS). The JMS will provide an integrated program of Space Situational Awareness, Space Threat Characterization, and Space Command and Control (C2). This sources sought is focused on incremental system deliveries to provide the capabilities that will be defined in JMS Increment 1 Capabilities Development Document (CDD) (still in draft - not available for release). Key capabilities include: * Dynamic Database of Space Objects** Provide Authoritative Data Source of High Accuracy Space Object Positional Information** Predict and Report Orbital Conjunctions* User-Defined Operational Picture (UDOP)**UDOP Subscriber Services*Other Threat and Battlespace Information*Space Order of Battle*Threat Identification & Notification**Space C2 and Theater Support Tools*Monitor Force and Resource Status*Monitor Events Mission and/or application services delivered to satisfy these capabilities will support AFSPC mission threads which include: Catalog; Maneuver; Maintain Force Status; Ground Attack; High-/Low-Energy Laser; Proximity Operations; Commercial & Foreign Entities; Orbital Safety; Direct Ascent Anti-satellite (ASAT); Space Nuclear Detonation (NUDET); Breakup/Separation; Decay/Re-entry; Launch; Co-Orbital ASAT; and Electromagnetic Interference (EMI).
