- GSA, FAS, Heartland Global Supply intends to establish a Stock Blanket Purchase Agreement containing thirty-one (31) NSNs. Solicitation 6FLS-B3-096460-I is issued on 05/11/2009 for FSC 5120, Wrenches and Misc. Hand Tools. The period of this BPA will be for five years beginning on 07/1/2009, or date of award whichever is later, through 06/30/2014. See Item Purchase Descriptions/Schedule of Items for individual NSN requirements. Delivery will be 90 days after receipt of order and FOB Destination. Quotes will be evaluated based on price. All quotes are due by close of business on 06/11/2009 to the address listed on page 1 of the solicitation (block 9). Please refer to the solicitation for all applicable clauses and provisions. All stock clauses apply including the Buy American Act. The solicitation is available on the Federal Business Opportunities website: http://fedbizopps.gov.
