Description
Contracting Office Address Department of Veterans Affairs, Minneapolis Contracting and Purchasing Office, 708 South Third St., Suite 200E, Minneapolis, MN 55415. Description: The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking to lease The VA desires to lease 19,850 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet of space for use as a VA outpatient clinic in the Superior, Wisconsin area. A lease for up to 20 years will be considered. Net usable square feet does not include such areas as stairs, elevators, mechanical and utility rooms, ducts, shafts, vestibules, public corridors and public toilets required by local code. The space must be contiguous; and may be provided by new construction, or modification of existing space, 152 vehicle adjacent parking spaces; have public transportation access; be located within or abutting the delineated area. Delineated Area:South - Bounded by Highway 105/Central Avenue/61st StreetEast - Bounded by Hill AvenueNorth - Bounded by the Superior Harbor Basin, Superior Bay and St, Louis Bay.West - Bounded by straight line north to south represented by New York Ave. The building may be required to meet certain security requirements as set forth in the Interagency Security Committee Standards and the Department of Justice Security Standards. The building and parking area must be fully accessible meeting all requirements of Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABAAS).
