- This is a pre-solicitation notice for a completive Home Infusion Therapy Service forThe VA Salt Lake City Health Care System, Salt Lake City, Utah and including Nevada, Idaho and Wyoming, for eligible Veteran Patients. The contract has one base year and 4 one year options. Further details will be provided in the RFP. Contracts must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) (http://www.ccr.gov) and with Dun and Bradstreet (http://www.dnb.com) NAICS Code 621610; size standard $13.5 million.
