- This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation. The National Park Service is seeking a provider of various building materials necessary for the installation of new roofs on two park buildings. There are no other attachments in addition to Request for Quotation Q5535090183. FOB: Destination for delivery to Mammoth Cave National Park, NPS Warehouse, Mammoth Cave, Kentucky 42259. Please note that this order requires two deliveries. The breakdown of items to be delivered is specified in the Request for Quotation. Magnitude of this project is $25,000 to $50,000. Procurement is being conducted under full and open competition procedures. The applicable NAICS code for this project is 421710 with a size standard of 500 employees. In addition, the clause 52.212-5; Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items applies to this solicitation. Specifically, the following clauses cited are applicable: FAR 52.232.33 Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer - Central Contractor Registration. PRICE SHALL INCLUDE FOB DESTINATION CHARGES. All offers should either be faxed to the attention of Vienessa Martin, Contract Specialist, at 270-758-2378 or emailed to vienessa_martin@nps.gov. The due date for all quotes is NLT May 26, 2009 by 3:30 p.m. CST. The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quotes electronically on the Department of Interior's National Business Center (NBC) web site at http://ideasec.nbc.gov. Paper copies of the solicitaiton will not be made available. The Standard Form 18 is available at the website by clicking on the "printer friendly form" link. Bidders wishing to receive electronic notification of changes will need to register to receive notification of this specific solicitation at http://ideas.nbc.gov.
