- DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS (VA)WANTS TO LEASE SPACEThe VA desires to lease 19,850 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet of space for use as a VA outpatient clinic in the Superior, Wisconsin area. The space must be on no more than one floor, but floors must be contiguous, and can be provided by new construction, or modification of existing space. On-site parking for 152 vehicles is required. A lease for up to 20 years will be considered.To be considered, space must be within or bordering a delineated area as follows:South - Bounded by Highway 105/Central Avenue/61st StreetEast - Bounded by Butler AvenueNorth - Bounded by Winter StreetWest - Bounded by Birch AvenueOfferors must provide evidence that properties are outside the 100-year flood plain.VA staff will conduct a market survey of properties offered for lease.
