- RECOVERY-PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE FOR REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT OF THE ACQUATIC CENTER HVAC SYSTEM (RA-GHLN 08-1022A), AND REPAIR MECHANICAL ROOM, REMOVAL/REPLACEMENT OF WINDOWS BASE AQUATIC CENTER (RA-GHLN 05-1060) AT F. E. WARREN AIR FORCE BASE, WYOMING. The 90th Contracting Squadron, F.E. Warren AFB, WY intends to issue solicitation FA4613-09-R-0013 to fulfill the requirements of RA-GHLN 08-1022A, Removal and Replacement of the Aquatic Center HVAC System and RA-GHLN 05-1060, Repair Mech. Room, Replace Windows Base Aquatic Center at F.E. Warren AFB, Wyoming. The Government anticipates soliciting for the award of a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), Firm-Fixed Price contract. This acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 238220 and Standard Industry Classification (SIC Code) 1711, with a size standard of $14M. This project consists of, but is not limited to, furnishing all necessary plant, labor, supervision, materials, licenses, permits, insurance, transportation, and equipment to remove and replace the HVAC system, repair mechanical room, and remove and install windows in accordance with specifications. Magnitude of this project is between $1M and $5M. The Government anticipates the issuance of the Request for Proposal in May 2009. The target award date is July 2009 with a start date in August 2009.
