Description

This is a Notice of Intent to award task orders under an existing Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract to the Ranger Group LLC. The Task Orders will be awarded in accordance with the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. THIS NOTICE IS TO PROVIDE FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO the Ranger Group LLC under Contract Number HHSN292200900002I ENTITLED "DESIGN BUILD, IDIQ, CONTRACT FOR ELECTRICAL VAULT UPGRADE IN VARIOUS BUILDINGS AT THE NATIONAL INSTITUTES OF HEALTH, BETHESDA, MARYLAND." Requests for Proposal were sent to the Ranger Group LLC to Design and Construct Secondary Sub-stations at the following locations at the National Institutes of Health (NIH), Bethesda, Maryland Campus. Building 29 Electrical Vault Upgrade Building 29A Electrical Vault Upgrade Building 21 Electrical Vault Upgrade Building 31A Electrical Vault Upgrade Building 31B Electrical Vault Upgrade Building 31C Electrical Vault Upgrade Building 13N Electrical Vault Upgrade Building 13S Electrical Vault Upgrade Building 41 Electrical Vault Upgrade Building 38A Electrical Vault Upgrade DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Independently and not as an agent of the Government, the Contractor shall be required to furnish all the necessary services, qualified personnel, material, equipment, and facilities, not otherwise provided by the Government, as needed to perform the work as defined in the attached Statements of Work.
