- IQC08219009004, INSULATION SLEEVING, ELECTRICAL Application: VARIOUS This solicitation will contain 3 NSN’s NSN Estimated Demand Base and Option Periods 1-4Maximum Annual Contract Quantity 5970-00-727-67288382 100728 5970-01-109-3903237348 474696 5970-00 914-311869528 104292 The solicitation will result in an award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a base year and four option years. This procurement will be solicited as a Hubzon Set Aside FOB: Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination applies. Shelf life applies to all of the NSNs. NSNs are critical application items. Quantity variance is zero. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). In addition, Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) must be registered via https://orca.bpn.gov. The final contract award decision may be used upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will be available via the DIBBS at https://dibbs.bsm.dla/mil.frq. The solicitation issue date is on or about May 21, 2009. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the Business Systems Modernization DLA Internet Bid Board System (BSM DIBBS) website: https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP. From DIBBS homepage, select Request for Proposal (RFP) under the Solicitations heading.
