Description

Magnitude of the requirement in terms of: Physical Characteristics; The Architect of the Capitol has a requirement (HVAC CONTROL CONTRACTORS ONLY; NO GENERAL CONTRACTORS) Project name is "Ford House Office Building-Replace Air Handling Unit Controls", Washington, D.C. The work includes removing existing pneumatic controls serving several air-handling units and providing new direct digital controls. The Base includes AHU units 4, 6, 7, & 8, Option 1 AHU unit 1, Option 2 AHU unit 2, Option 3 AHU unit 3, and Option 4 AHU unit 5. Estimated Price Range; Between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00 NOTE:THE SOLICITATION WILL BE POSTED ON THE FOLLOWING WEBSITE: http://www.aoc.gov/business/procure-opps.cfm on or by May 20, 2009.
