- Description
- RECOVERY - This modification completes funding for the ADVENT Program Phase I Government Cost Share. The Recovery Act funds are for ADVENT Program R&D demonstrations for optimized performance and fuel efficiency at all flight conditions. The ADVENT Program was solicited and awarded using competitive procedures which resulted in the award of two contracts. The resulting contractual type is Cost Share. Uncertainties involved in contract performance did not permit costs to be estimated with sufficient accuracy to use any type of fixed price contract. As such, a cost reimbursement type action was awarded (FAR 16.301-2).
