Description
VISN 19 Rocky Mountain Network Contracting Center contemplates the award of multiple Firm Fixed Priced, Indefinite Quantity Contracts for the VA Montana Healthcare System. The contracts will be awarded to provide mental health services for veterans in all 56 counties of Montana. It is anticipated that one contract will be awarded for each of the following regions. Region I: Phillips, Valley, Daniels, Sheridan, Roosevelt, Garfield, McCone, Dawson, Richland, Prairie, Rosebud, Wibaux, Custer, Fallon, Carter, Powder River, Treasure (17 counties) Region II: Judith Basin, Wheatland, Petroleum, Fergus, Golden Valley, Musselshell, Yellowstone, Big Horn, Carbon, Stillwater, Sweetgrass, (11 counties) Region III: Glacier, Toole, Blaine, Pondera, Choteau, Cascade, Lewis and Clark, Broadwater, Meager, Jefferson, Hill, Teton, Liberty (13 counties) Region IV: Lincoln, Flathead, Sanders, Lake, Mineral, Missoula, Powell, Granite, Ravalli, Deer Lodge, Silver Bow, Beaverhead, Madison, Gallatin, Park (15 counties) The proposed contracts will be issued for commercial firm fixed price contract types and include an economic price adjustment. The period of performance for these contracts will be one year with four one-year option periods This is a synopsis for mental health services Offerors must have a centralized administration facility in the region being bid on and an existing system of satellite offices in contiguous counties in order to be considered for award. All services shall be performed at the contractor's facility. While price will be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final contract award will be based on best value to include past performance. Request for Proposal VA-259-09-RP-0084 will be available for download on or about 11 May 2009. No telephone requests for this solicitation will be allowed.
