- Description: (i)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included with this notice. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation; proposals are being requested, a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii)The solicitation number is W81F549098D012 and is being issued as a request for quotation. (iii)The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-19. (iv)Notice: The solicitation is 100% set-aside for Small Business. The NAICS code is 333315 with a size standard not to exceed 500 employees. (v)Contract line item number 0001 is for 1 Multifunctional Printer, Model W7665PG with CZFOLD, D250STPLR, HCFDR, PRODNFIN, SCANSTRL1, SCN2PRO25, Customer Education, Analyst Services, Installation and Delivery brand name or equal. See attachment with additional details of multifunctional printer. 0002 Printer Warranty (Cost per Copy Full Service Maintenance Agreement includes all service, parts, labor and supplies. Excludes paper and staples. Service fixed for 60 months FOB: Destination.
