- The Southern Oregon Rehabilitation Center & Clinics (SORCC), White City, Oregon and the VA Roseburg Medical Center, Roseburg, Oregon have a requirement for recurring deliveries of various types of bread and bakery products in both VA locations for consumption by beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs. Place of performance will be at both facilities. VA Roseburg is located at 913 NW Garden Valley Blvd., Roseburg, OR 97470 & VA SORCC is located at 8495 Crater Lake Hwy., White City, Oregon. Contract will be for one year with provisions for 4 one-year option renewals at the option of the Federal Government. The NAICS code 311812 applies to this solicitation. The electronic solicitation can be accessed at http://fedbizopps.gov. Electronic Bids will be accepted. Bidders are advised that they are responsible for obtaining and acknowledging any and all amendments to this solicitation in order to be considered eligible to compete for the contract. It is essential that bidders register on the solicitation Mailing List application for this solicitation on the FedBizOpps website to receive notification of any/all amendments. The solicitation shall be issued on or about May 8, 2009 and bids are due by June 7, 2009 2:00 PM. The anticipated contract award date is on or about June 11, 2009.
