- Village Specification Template (VST) CLIN Format for Bid Map of Building Layout Performance Work Statement (PWS) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR 13.5, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate Request for Proposal (RFP) will not be issued. The solicitation number is 9TC467 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-31 and DFARS change notice 20090115. This purchase is restricted to 100% Small Business concern. The NAICS code is 332311 and the size standard is 500 employees. This is requirement is for purchase and installation of a surrogate training village for Camp Bullis. Please state discount terms and note your warranty information. Please see attached Performance Work Statement (PWS), Map of building layout, CLIN Format for Bid, and Village Specification Template (VST). The contractor shall provide the following items: ITEM 0001: Qty: 5 EA, 40' Base Unit with 2nd story 10' Tower Unit. Description: Building #2 (10' Tower Unit) - affixed to north corner of Building #3 (40' Base Unit) -Place (1) window appliqué to each side (4 total) Building #3 (40' Base Unit) - East side of building has Market Place design (see Note 2 on VST) - Place (1) working window (as described in the PWS) on north side of building. - Container must be positioned with cargo door on south end. Description: These panels will match the module exteriors and will be affixed to the existing facility at the Camp Bullis site to create a realistic training environment ( In accordance with 1.16. of PWS) ITEM 0010: QTY 1 EA, Village Setup. Description: -Development of a "to-scale" village layout drawing depicting exact building locations to be approved by 37 TRSS/DORX prior to commencement of work (as stated in the PWS). -Site preparation to include: -Procuring environmental approved base material -Applying base material to provide flat surfaces to setup the training modules -Surrounding the 6" of non-panel covered area of each unit with base material once the unit has been set. -Delivery of all finished building units to Camp Bullis, TX -All container modification work must be performed off-site except for the following: -Cargo door faux walls and connections -Installation of mosque dome -Installation of 2nd story unit safety rails -Installation of walk through ladders -Installation of faux window decals *All welding and cutting must be performed off-site due to environmental considerations One year Set Up Warranty to include: -Warranty against any mechanical defects covering normal function of door, windows, safety railing, walk through ladders and other material and workmanship. -Telephone support during normal business hours. -24 hour on-site response time.
