RECOVERY – THIS ACTION IS FUNDED BY THE RECOVERY ACT. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE EXISTING CONTRACTOR, RAPISCAN SYSTEMS INC, UNDER THE INDEFINITE DELIVERY INDEFINITE QUANTITY (IDIQ) CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY (AT) CHECKPOINT DETECTION SYSTEM UNITS AND ANCILLARY EQUIPMENT. The Transportation Security Administration intends to award a fixed price delivery order under its competitively awarded Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the purchase of advanced technology system units and ancillary equipment.
