- The USDA Forest Service is offering a Request for Quotation which will result in the issuance of multiple Basic Ordering Agreements (BOA's) with those parties determined to be qualified to perform work relating to Silvicultural Exams under the protocol of Common Stand Exam on the Eastside of the Hiawatha National Forest. As a future project is identified, a brief project-specific Request for Quote (RFQ) will be issued to all parties with BOA's. Maps, prescriptions, and any site-specific information for the particular areas will be included int he future RFQ. Those BOA holders who are interested in the specific project may submit quotes (award based on price alone).
