THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY, IAW FAR 5.704, PUBLICIZING - PREAWARD. THE GOVERNMENT POSTS THIS NOTICE OF INTENT TO COMPETE A FIRM-FIXED PRICE TASK ORDER UNDER THE EXISTING DEPARTMENT OF STATE WORLDWIDE PROGRAM MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM MANAGEMENT OFFICE BPA WITH ITS FIVE BPA CONTRACTORS: ALLIED TECHNOLOGY GROUP, INC., BEARINGPOINT, LLC., BOOZ-ALLEN-HAMILTON, INC., ICF INCORPORATED AND PRICEWATERHOUSE COOPERS, LLP. THE PROJECT DESCRIPTION IS AS FOLLOWS: Project shall support the Department of State in documenting and evaluating the existing enterprise architecture and technical alternatives to improve security efficiently and to develop a single, enterprise-wide, target architecture and transition strategy that protects the disparate information and data sources on the network yet enables role-based information-sharing with a wide range of internal and external constituents without the need to physically duplicate or replicate multiple data sources, systems, enclaves or redundant infrastructures.
