________________________________________________________________ AMENDMENT 1 The Presolicitation Notice under Solicitation Number GS-04P-09-EX-C-0076 is hereby amended as follows: 1. CLARIFICATIONS: Q: Would a cover letter, surety letter and general contractor’s license count toward the 10 page limit? A.Contractors are not required to submit additional information in Stage I outside of the requested information found in the Stage I factors for viability and the corporate surety letter. If additional information is submitted in Stage I, i.e. General Contractor license, it must be included and counted towards the 10 page limitation for the Stage I submission. A cover page, table of contents page or section separators will not count towards the 10 page limit. Q: Where can I get the specifications and drawings for this project? A: Drawings and specifications are not available under the presolicitation notice. If a contractor is determined to be “VIABLE” under Stage I, all applicable technical data, drawings, and specifications will be sent to the viable contractor with the Request For Proposal (RFP) in Stage II. Contractors that are deemed “NOT VIABLE” in Stage I may request the RFP, which will also include the technical data, drawings and specifications. End of Amendment No. 1
