- The USCG Engineering Logistic Center has a requirement for the following: NSN: 4320-01-250-3399, ROTARY TYPE FUEL TRANSFER PUMP, AK195 TYPE, MODELBA-1275-1, 70 GPM MAX. DISCHARGE, FLOW RATE, 25 PSIG DISCHARGE PRESSURE, 57.720 FT TOTAL HEAD, 1750 RPM @ RATED CAPACITY. SERIAL NUMBERS COVERING THIS PUMP INCLUDE 1730229; 2548119; 10162660 & 10130853. MFG. VIKING PUMP-HOUDAILLE INC., PART NO. BA-1275l. (qty 3 ea). It is anticipated that a non-competitive sole source Purchase Order will be issued for this item to Vikings Pump Inc. or their authourized dealers/distributors can furnish the required parts and ensure the proper fit, form and function of all its components. Concerns having the expertise and required capabilities to furnish the above items are invited to submit complete information discussing the same in duplicate within 5 days of this announcement. However, other potential sources desiring to furnish other than Viking Inc. parts are required to submit the following information: 1) Complete and current engineering data to demonstrate the acceptability of the offered parts (i.e. salient physial, functional and serviceability characteristics) or 2) Data that the offerd parts have been satisfactory manufacturered for the government or the original equipment manufacturer. This data must include sufficient information to allow the Coast Guard to evaluate the proposal relative to the above requirements. Concerns that respond to this notice must fully demonstrate a bona fide capability to meet the requirements. This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commerical Items prepare in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the FAR, FAC 2005-31 and as supplemented with additiional information included in this notice, and FAR PART 6.302-1. This announcements consitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Quotations shall include, proposed delivery in days, pricing for item's with shipping included in unit price, the company tax information number and Duns Number. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. The NAICS Code for this Solcitation is 333996 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. Items must be individual packaged and mark in its own protective box. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are that in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) FAC-2005-31, and FAR subpart 4.12 ANNUAL REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS, the use of ORCA is mandatory as of January 1, 2005. The stock number or numbers, and purchase order / contract number shall be bar coded with Human Readable Interpretation (HRI) immediately below the bar coding on unit and unitized packs. c. All HRI shall be placed below its associated bar code. The label shall be intended for long term indoor applications where the labels will endure intermittent outdoor exposure. Each label shall be for porous surfaces and consist of paper without plastic laminate.
