- This proposed procurement is Set-aside for Small Businesses, NAICS 561720 with a size standard of $16,500,000.00. Estimated cost of requirement is between $10,000.00 and $20,000.00 for specified period of one year with four possible option years. Work consists of supplying all equipment, materials, labor and supplies necessary to provide janitorial services at the following location: Meadow Brook Mall, 2399 Meadow Brook Road Unit 180, Bridgeport, West Virginia 26330. The services shall be rendered in strict accordance with the statement of work/specifications included in the request for quotations bid package. The services shall be rendered five days per week, Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays except Federal holidays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.. The period of performance shall be 15 May 2009 through 30 September 2009 with four possible option years through 2013. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge, to all registered plan holders. The media through which the Government chooses to issue this solicitation will be the Internet only. This solicitation will not be issued in paper. Contractors requests for this solicitation will be performed through ASFI. All questions shall be submitted via e-mail to nina.albritton@usace.army.mil. Bids can be submitted via mail to U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Contracting Division, Simplified Acquisition Team, 10 South Howard Street, Baltimore, MD 21201- 2530. The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge on or about April 30, 2009, to all authenticated account holders of Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) System To familiarize vendors with the newly released FBO system, please download the Vendor Guide found here. Please note that all Corps of Engineers acquisitions are considered Sensitive, But Unclassified Documents, and require users to have a valid MPIN entered in the FBO system to access package.
