- Bid Sheet Checkpoint Map checkpoint map This requirement is for the U.S. Border Patrol Yuma Sector for the 1159 Checkpoint in Wellton, AZ. This requirement is being awarded under FAR Part 13 and will result in issuance of a purchase order. The combined synopsis/soliciation is for bulk water delivery to the 1159 Checkpoint in Wellton, AZ. Quantaties for the water is an estimate and may change according to needs. If an emergency situation should arise, the vendor must deliver the water within 24 hours to maintian continuity. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. No written solicitation will be issued. Solicitation 20045562 is being issued as a Request for Quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-27. One firm-fixed price contract is anticipated to be awarded as a result of this solicitation. This soliciation is a Small Business set-aside. PERIOD OF PERFOMANCE : From Date of Award through October 31, 2009 and two option years (April 1, 2010 - September 30, 2010 and April 1, 2011 - September 30, 2011. AWARD CRITERIA: A single award will be made to the responsible Seller whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government on the basis of price, technical capability, delivery and past performance. The following clauses/provisions apply to this solicitation: FAR 52-212-1, Instructions to Offerors- Commercial Items. FAR 52.212-4,Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items. FAR 52. 212-5 Contract, FAR 52-212-2 Evaluation Commercial item is applicable, FAR 52-217-8. Paragraph (a). evaluation criteria is as follows: Award criteria, price, past performance, delivery time. The following FAR clauses in paragraph (b) of FAR clause 52-212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, will apply: 52-222-21, 52-216-19, 52-222-26, 52-222-36, 52-227-37, 52-225-13, 52-232-34, 52-216-18, FAR 52.217-2, Cancellation Under MultiYear Contracts. FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services. FAR 52.217-9, Option to Extend the Term of the Contract.Ordering the full text of a FAR clause may be accessed electronically at http://www.acqnet.gov/far. Contractor must be currently registered in the Central Contractors Registration, Online Representations and Certifications Application (http://orca.bpn.gov) and provide DUNS numbers and TIN with quotation. The North American Industry Classification System code is 483211. The small business standard is $13. Wage Determination No. 2005-2027 Rev 10 is applicable to this solicitation. Questions will be accepted by email only to Gloria.Ugues@dhs.gov. Delivery will be made when soliciation is awarded. Delivery will be FOB destination. Offers in response to this combined synopsis/solicitation are due no later than 08 May 2009.
