- Description
- The Bay Pines VA Healthcare System anticipates the award of a firm-fixed-price contract to Design/Build for exterior repairs of Building 100, Bay Pines VAHCS, FL. The solicitation will be issued on or about May 4, 2009 and proposals will be due on or about June 4, 2009. THIS ACQUISITION IS SET-ASIDE 100% TO ELIGIBLE SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS FIRMS (SDVOSB). A organized pre-proposal site visit will be conducted, which is tentatively scheduled for May 13th at 9PM. All information for this solicitation will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) web site at www.fbo.gov. No hardcopies will be available. Period of performance is 270 calendar days. The applicable North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code for this procurement is 236220 and the business size standard is $33.5 Million. The magnitude of construction for this requirement is between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000.
