Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Prisons, Privatized Corrections Contracting, 702 East Broadway, Eden, TX. 76837 Description The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Privatized Corrections Contracting, Office, Washington, D.C. is seeking quotes from sources having the ability to provide community-based outpatient substance abuse treatment and mental health services, within the city limits of central Boston Massachusetts, and within a.4 mile of a direct route. The treatment location should be no further east than Highway 90, no further north than Northeast Expressway and Broadway, no further west than Highway 90 and Park Drive, and no further south than Louis Prang Street. This requirement ensure inmate accountability, reasonably priced public transportation is a vailable for inmates who are responsible for their transportation to and from treatment appointments and inmates that will not have long commutes to and from the treatment center. This requirement will also ensure that inmates are not subjected to walking long distances and standing outside battling winter weather conditions. The aformentioned issues must be taken into account as inmates are required to work and meet other RRC requirements. Performance periods under this contract will be for a one-year base period to begin on October 1, 2009 with four (4) one-year option periods, with service ending (if all options years are renewed) on September 30, 2014. The services required for this contract include a Base Year, Option Year One, Option Year Two, Option Year Three and Option Year Four, respectively.
