- No solicitations will be issued as a result of this notice. Do not submit a proposal. See below for requested info. The Directorate of Contracting, Fort Benning, GA is conducting a market survey to determine the extent of small business sources capable of performing as prime contractors on a firm fixed price contract to provide rotary wing medical evacuation services, with fully trained personnel, medical equipment, and all materials and supplies to perform area medical evacuations and stand-by during High-Risk training sessions for Fort Benning, GA. Contract duration is 120 days and contractor must be available 1 July 2009. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 621910 (Size Standard: $7.0 Mil) Small Business concerns submitting responses should indicate whether they are small, small disadvantaged, 8(a) HUBZone or woman owned. All Small Business concerns are required to submit a written Capabilities Statement demonstrating ability to perform including past experience providing descriptions of the largest, most complex contracts performed within the past five years. Indicate what each contract provided, dollar value of each and a point of contact with telephone number at the Contracting activity for each contract. Small business concerns shall indicate whether they served as a prime contractor or subcontractor on the referenced contracts; gross annual receipts for experience in the task listed above; and current successful teaming arrangements with other small businesses and/or large businesses. If small business concerns cannot perform all tasks as the prime contractor, they must demostrate capability of performing at least 50 percent of the total work. All interested business concerns are required to respond to this SOURCES SOUGHT announcement via email by 8 May 2009, 4:00 p.m. EDT. Responses shall not exceed 15 pages and must include company point of contact, emaill address, telephone number and fax number. The information provided in response to this SOURCES SOUGHT announcement will be used to determine acquisition strategy for continuity of services pending re-compete of the requirement under a separate action. If no interested sources are identified, the government intends to execute a non-competitive 4 month extension to the current contract to provide continutity of services. Large business concerns may also submit a response but are not required to submit a Capability Statement. All interested concerns should reply to Brenda J.
