- The Drug Enforcement Administration intends to award a sole source purchase order to Microsoft Corporation for the acquisition of training support regarding CALEA-compliant internet-related investigations. The training courses will he held throughout a base year plus four options at various locations throughout the country and abroad. All communication regarding this posting shall be in writing and be received by the due date of May 5, 2009. Point of contact is Rebecca Stegall, email Rebecca.V.Stegall@usdoj.gov. The proposed purchase order is for supplies/services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with Microsoft Corporation under the test program described in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Subpart 13.5.
