Terms & Conditions Issue #4 PS Forms 2025, 5472 & W-9 EFT, Uniform & 2181-C Solicitation Package Contract Delivery Service originating out of the Santa Rosa Beach, FL Solicitation #300-177-09 HCR 324B2 Santa Rosa Beach, FL - Box Delivery, FL Post Office ****THIS IS A SEASONAL CONTRACT THAT CONTAINS 706 DELIVERIES FROM JANUARY 1st THROUGH MARCH 31st AND 502 DELIVERIES FROM APRIL 1st TO DECEMBER 31st**** Estimated Annual Hours: 1,624 Estimated Annual Miles: 11,031.8 The estimated annual hours are approximately the number of hours needed to operate the trips as they are shown in the schedule. Also included in the total estimated annual hours are the number of hours needed for casing, loading/unloading and mail markup. Prior to submitting a proposal, the supplier must determine the actual hours. The estimated annual miles and per trip miles are given only as information.
