Description
The Contractor shall furnish all plant, materials, labor, services, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary for removal of old road striping and re-striping the Bureau of Indian Affairs, Road Construction Project, Bread Springs Day School, Intersection and Access Road, McKinley County, NM (Approximately 18 miles south of Gallup, NM). The Bureau of Indian Affairs requires a firm, fixed-price construction contract, and the procurement method is Simplified Acquisition Procedures, FAR Part 13 with construction FAR Part 36. This acquisition is a small business set-aside. The period of performance is 90 calendar days. The estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Vendors are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed. Interested vendors are requested to submit a written request to obtain the solicitation package either by mail or facsimile, Fax No. (505) 863-8382. Attention: Mary J. Jim, Contract Specialist. Telephone requests to obtain the solicitation package will not be accepted. Technical inquires must be submitted in writing five (5) days before the closing date. The Request for Quote (RFQ) No.: RMN00090053 are due at 4:30 p.m., local time, May 12, 1009, at Bureau of Indian Affairs, Navajo Region Office, Division of Acquisition, Room No. 346, 301 West Hill Avenue, P.O. Box 1060, Gallup, New Mexico 87305. All quotes from responsible responders will be considered. Contract award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible quote. Contractors are required to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to receive awards from the Federal Government.
