Description

Attachment L - Offerors Questions and Answers Body of Solicitation - Amendment 000003 SF-30 Amendment 000003 The purpose of this amendment is to publish a revised solicitation and to reestablish the proposal due date. The Government anticpates making multiple awards. The number of awards will be limited to no more than four, however the Government reserves the right to make a single award if in the best interest of the Government. Areas in the solicitation where changes have occurred will be highlighted in yellow. Offerors questions and answers are included as Attachment L. Please note that the number of homes for optional CLIN 0001CA has not been finalized yet. Offerors will be notified shortly in the form of another amendment that will also include a list of property locations in Attachment K when this amendment is published. Past Performance Surveys are due no later than 3:00 pm local time on May 15, 2009. Proposals are due no later than 3:00 pm local time on May 18, 2009. See Section VII INSTRUCTION TO OFFEROR AND EVALUATION FACTORS.
