- Flyer for Ft. Pierce, FL UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks Leased Office Space Ft. Pierce, FL The United States Government seeks to lease office space of approximately 9,031 Rentable Square Feet (RSF) yielding 8,088 ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square Feet (OASF) in Ft. Pierce, FL, within the following Delineated Central Business Area: City of Ft. Pierce which includes: N - Delaware Ave. S - City of Pt. St. Lucie, Pt. St. Lucie Blvd,/ Gatlin Blvd. E - A1A W - I-95 (except town of Tradition) The proposed lease term is for ten years, 5 years firm term with a 5 year renewal option. Contiguous space on one floor is required. Second floor space or above is required and must be sprinklered (existing buildings not sprinklered will be acceptable provided sprinklers are installed prior to occupancy). Building or site offered must have a minimum 20 ft. setback from the street. Space on the roof for one antenna is required. Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious, professional surroundings with a prevalence of modern design and/or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. All services, utilities and tenant improvements must be provided as part of the rental consideration. A minimum of 20 assigned on-site parking spaces are required. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than October 15, 2010. All expressions of interest by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building’s ownership. Sub-leases are not acceptable.
