- Solicitation for End Item: C5 Aircraft, NSN 1620 01 131 5155, IQC0905009030, LOCKHEED MARTIN, P/N: 4G14634-101A, LEVER, SEQUENCE VALVE. DELIVERY SCHEDULE: 75 DAYS ARO. INDEFINTE QUANTITY CONTRACT: BASE PLUS 4 YEARS. Configuration Control applies. Export control technical data package is available. Critical Application item.. NAICS is 336413. This is a 100% small business set aside after exclusion of sources. FOB: Destination, Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. This is a request for proposal for an indefinite quantity contract. Estimated annual demand (EAD) quantity for base and option years is 108 each. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are available from the Government. Please submit written offers to fax # (804) 279-3040. Offerors must complete a copy of the solicitation in order to be considered for award. A copy of the solicitation will be made available via DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.mil/home or http://12.3.216.20/home on 05/08/09.
