- NSN 3110-00-348-1524; Purchase Request Number IQC09023009017; Bearing, Ball, Annular. “Source Control Item”. Honeywell International Inc, Cage Code 99193, Drawing 365911 Revision E, Part Number 365911-1. Approved sources: FAG Bearings, Cage Code 36069; Timken Aerospace, Cage Code 78118. Destination Inspection required. FOB Destination. Stocked Item. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. IAW QAP FCA. Requested delivery is 570 DARO. This NSN is a critical application item and is not commercial. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Solicited as an Unrestricted requirement, Other than Full and Open Competitive basis. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 219 each. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 55 each. These quantities will be the same for the base year and all four option years. Award from this solicitation can only be made from a domestically manufactured (US or Canada) bearings and bearing components. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation anticipated issue date is May 8, 2009. A copy of the solicitation will be available via DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
