Description
The United States Government seeks to lease class ‘A’ or ‘B’ contiguous office space. The space offered must consist of approximately 12,326 rentable square feet in San Jose, CA. The space should yield 8,798 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The Government will require three (3) parking spaces. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: North:Highway 85 South:Santa Teresa Blvd, including an area south of Santa Teresa Blvd. bound by Cottle Road on the west, Bodega Way on the south and Camino Verde Dr. on the east East:Great Oaks Blvd. West:Snell Blvd. The proposed lease is for fifteen (15) years, ten (10) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than March 1, 2011. The offered space must meet Government requirements for GSA Life and Fire Safety Standards and Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABBAS) Requirements. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Consideration shall be based on the area profile, location, and proposed security precautions if the location would be utilized. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building’s ownership.
