Description
The Program Office for Clothing and Individual Equipment (PM CIE) is pleased to announce the 2009 Approved Family of Flashlight List (AFFL) for the following categories. The list is alphabetized. Basic White Light ENERGIZERs 1AA LITHIUM FIRSTLIGHTs TOMAHAWK-GP GERBERs EXPERT M PHANTOMs 34-S STREAMLIGHTs TL2-LED SUREFIREs BACKUP SUREFIREs E2D DEFENDER SUREFIREs E2L OUTDOORSMAN Handfree Helmet Light STREAMLIGHTs SIDEWINDER COMPACT Tactical Handheld Light ENERGIZERs GEN 2 HARD CASE FIRSTLIGHTs TOMAHAWK-NV GERBERs RECON M-II PHANTOMs 41-S SUREFIREs KROMA STREAMLIGHTs SIDEWINDER (1) The list does not constitute endorsement of the product, manufacturer, or other source by the Government; (2) The products or sources listed have been approved under Source Sought W911SR-08-X-XXXX; (3) The list may be amended without notice; (4) The listing of a product or source does not release the supplier from compliance with the FOF Authorized List Policy specifications; and (5) Use of the list for advertising or publicity is permitted. However, it must not be stated or implied that the particular product or source is the only product or source of that type approved, or that the Government in any way recommends or endorses the products or the sources listed. The companies of an AFFL candidate should submit required paperwork as prescribed in the FOF Authorized List Policy to retain placement on the list.
