- Below is the revised description: Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) in support of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Norfolk District for Professional Services. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Norfolk District requires a wide range of professional services across a broad range of functional environmental management and planning support type areas. These areas include restoration, conservation, compliance, prevention, technology, sustainability, energy and scientific studies. These services are within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii in support of military, civil and other federal agencies. The project for Natural Resource Management Support is being used as the seed project for this SATOC. The seed project will not be awarded and used for evaluation proposes only. The total SATOC contract is for a base period plus four option periods that shall not exceed $20,000,000.00. The receipt date for bids is 29 May 2009 by 2:00pm. THIS IS HUBZONE SET-ASIDE PROCUREMENT. NAICS CODE 541618 applies to this procurement.
