Description
1. Vessel(s) Required: Request voyage charter for a US or foreign flag self-sustaining LO/LO or RO/RO LO/LO combination vessel with a crane to lift approximately 137 pieces totaling 11,348 SqFt and 2068 MT. The cargo consists of wheeled vehicles, break bulk, containers, and ammunitions. Under deck stowage is required for all vehicles. Vessel must have ISPS and IMDG certification. In accordance with the Cargo Preference Act of 1904 and Section IIIA.3 of the Voluntary Intermodal Sealift Agreement (VISA) (see 69 FEDERAL REGISTER 62898, Nov 7, 2007, or most current reference), preference will be given to U.S. flag vessels and VISA participants. 2. Cargo Description: (See Cargo List Attached) Cargo Dimensions: Tallest piece: 144 ins Widest piece:108 ins Longest piece:447 ins Heaviest Load: 70 MTONS Hazardous Material: Ammunitions will include the following: 6 each 20 ft containers of HAZMAT consisting of Compatibility groups 1.1D, 1.1E, 1.1F, 1.2.1H, 1.2.2C, 1.2.2E 1.2.2G, 1.2.2H, 1.3G, 1.4B, 1.4C, 1.4G, 1.4S. NEW No greater than 3,986 pounds. 2a. Load: Liner In 2b. Discharge: Free Out 3. Load Port (SPOE): Subic Bay, Philippines 4. Laytime: Three (3) Days SSHINC, Discharge Ports Only 5.
