The following stimulus project calls for updating common areas on a portion of Dyess AFB Military Family Housing. This project will be awarded sole source to Double V Enterprises of El Paso, TX. The project is as follows: 1) Landscape Mesa Hunter Area Work will include but is not necessarily limited to: 1) survey and mark planting spots, 2) planting of various plants, and 3) care of plants.
