Description
Scope of Work for GS-07P-08-HH-0090 Provide all the necessary management, supervision, labor, supplies, materials, equipment, tools (unless otherwise specified), travel and travel expenses (if applicable) required to effectively, efficiently, and satisfactorily perform the low pressure, steam and hot water boiler and unfired pressure vessel inspection services in Government owned, GSA controlled or leased buildings in various locations throughout the Greater Southwest Region (Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, New Mexico, and Texas). All boiler and unfired pressure vessel inspections or tests performed shall be in strict compliance with the requirements for such activities stated in the latest edition of the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspections, publication NB-23, titled “National Board Inspection Code”. Anticipated contract period is July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010 with four 1-year option periods. This acquisition will be acquired using SOURCE SELECTION procedures with award based on Best Value Outcome. This will be an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity solicitation. Anticipated issue date of the proposal is on or about May 3, 2009, with an anticipated receipt of proposal date of June 2, 2009. The solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available via the internet. These documents will be in PDF format and will reside on a World Wide Web (www) server, which may be accessed using a www browser application. GSA is issuing this solicitation only electronically. Interested parties may access the solicitation at www.fbo.gov. Prospective offerors shall notify this office (either electronic mail or facsimile) of their intent to submit an offer. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor this site for the release of the solicitation and amendments (if any). Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments (if any). Any referenced numbered notes can be viewed at the above website. This solicitation is set aside for small business. All responsive offers from responsible sources will be considered.
