- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE IN MIDDLETON, WI PROJECT #: 8WI2029 The United States Government seeks to lease class ‘A’ contiguous office space. The space offered must consist of approximately 30,800 rentable square feet in the Middleton, Wisconsin. The space should yield a minimum of 24,500 ANSI/BOMA usable square foot to a maximum of 28,000 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The Government will require eighty-four (84) surface parking spaces to be located on-site and/or within ˝ block of the proposed building. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: North:Airport Road East:North Gammon Road South:Mineral Point Road/Highway 12 West:Pleasant View Road. /Capital Court The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than June 1, 2010. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Consideration shall be based on the area profile, location, and proposed security precautions if the location would be utilized. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building’s ownership.
