Once the final RFP is issued, contractors will then be given approximately 45 days to respond to the final RFP. Also, the US Army Joint Munitions & Lethality Contracting Center, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ will be hosting an Industry Day on 13 May 2009 between the hours of 0900 and 1100. In addition to the Open Session, prospective offerors may request a one-on-one session, lasting no more than 1.5 hours and starting at 1300 hours. This will be scheduled on a first come, first served basis. There will be two sessions on 13 May and as necessary, 14 May. Please contact the Contract Specialist by 01 May 2009. Each contractor should identify who will be attending both/either sessions to allow for security to be notified and sufficient seating arrangements to be arranged. Per the draft RFP, the limitation on attendance at Industry Day is four persons per offeror.
