- Extension of period of performance of incumbent contractor for the period of 1 April 2009 to 30 June 2009 with an option to extend up to an additional three months not to exceed 30 September 2009 is intended upon a J&A under authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies of services will satisfy agency requirements. This contract was issued against M00318-06-M-0182 for a commercial travel office for Marine Corps Base Hawaii and Camp H.M.Smith until the worldwide Department of Defense Commercial Travel Office (CTO) Task Order for MCBH is scheduled to be implemented on or about 1 June 2009. When the CTO task Order is awarded and implemented, the existing contract will be terminated at the convenience of the government and/or the option period will not be exercised.
