- Description
- Item name Switch, Thermostaic for NSN 5930-01-222-8096. The approved source is Pneudraulics Inc. (06177) P/N 3970-160. The Government intends to solicit and contract for items from the approved source under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The requested delivery is 280 days ADO. The FOB and inspection/acceptance is at destination. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. The solicitation will be available on its issue date of April 28, 2009 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp. There will be various increments solicited, but the current requirement is for 111 each. This will be an unrestricted RFP. The Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies and services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interests and capability to satisfy the Government’s requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
