Description

FOUNDRY HARDWARE MAINTENANCE SUPPORT DoDDS-EUROPE HAS A REQUIREMENT TO PROVIDE FOUNDRY HARDWARE EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE SUPPORT. LOCATION OF EQUIPMENT IS AT SCHOOLS THROUGHOUT EUROPE. THERE ARE OVER 700 ITEMS ON THE EQUIPMENT LIST; PRICING REQUESTED ON SILVER AND GOLD SUPPORT BY ITEM FOR ONE YEAR ONLY. The current Foundry maintenance contract expires on 30 April 2009. DoDDS-E serves the Area Offices in two locations, five European District Superintendent Offices (Bavaria, Heidelberg, Isles, Kaiserslautern, and Mediterranean) and their 90 total schools located in Germany, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Turkey, Italy, Bahrain, Belgium, Spain, and the Azores (Portugal). DoDDS-E requires that all of the equipment be covered under a one-year Foundry hardware maintenance support contract. Pricing will be requested for: 1) GOLD SUPPORT 2) SILVER SUPPORT. The vendor shall annotate the cost of Foundry maintenance coverage through April 30, 2010. Each item shall be individually priced. The Period of Performance for this contract shall be from 01 May 2009 to 30 April 2009. FULL SOLICITATION, VENDOR INSTRUCTIONS AND EQUIPMENT LIST WILL BE PROVIDED WITH THE SOLICITATION IN FEDBIZOPS ON OR ABOUT 13 APRIL 2009.
