Description: THE FOLLOWING CHANGES HAVE OCCURRED: *Change "Department" to "Division" in the following paragraph:The Bureau of Indian Affairs, intends to purchase the following: The contractor shall provide service consisting of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment supervision and incidentals necessary to remove and install a new Gasboy Suction pump with gauge system on underground tank to diesel fuel pump at BIA - Eastern Navajo Agency, Division of Transportation, in Crownpoint, New Mexico 87313.; one (1) Gasboy Suction Pump, Model 9853K $________; one (1) Veeder Root TLS - 300 Automatic Tank Gauge System $________; one (1) Labor charges for installation and removal of suction pump $________; and one (1) Applicable Taxes $________;. Quote to include FOB Destination delivery to Bureau of Indian Affairs, Eastern Navajo Agency, Division of Transportation, Code Talker St. Building 222, no later than May 14, 2009. *Change "Department" to "Division" in the following paragraph:DELIVERY: After notice of award the Contractor will have until May 14, 2009, to deliver the equipment to the BIA - Eastern Navajo Agency, Division of Transportation, in Crownpoint, New Mexico 87313, Attention: Steven Becenti at (505) 786-6192. *Included the CFR Citation of Environmental Regulations:INSPECTION: Inspection will be done when delivery and installation is complete to Bureau of Indian Affairs, Division of Transportation, Navajo Route 9 & State Road 371, Crownpoint, New Mexico 87313, Steven Becenti, Tools & Parts Technician. Contractor shall start up, purge, calibrate and test for any leakage on equipment in accordance with the United States / Navajo Environmental Protection Act / New Mexico Environmental Department - Petroleum Storage Tank Bureau (US/NEPA/NMED-PSTB) regulations. *REMOVE THE FOLLOWING PARAGRAPH FROM THE SOLICITATION:If applicable, please include: U.S. General Service Administration - GSA Schedule Number with copies of the signed contract agreement and modifications; and copies of signed contract agreements and modifications from other established sources authorizing other Federal Agencies (Department of the Interior, Bureau of Indian Affairs) to place orders under the Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quanties Contracts, Blanket Purchase Agreements, and Basic Order Agreements.
