Description

The United States Government intends to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition for an existing lease for the Transportation Security Administration that is expiring in Bloomington, Illinois at the Central Illinois Regional Airport. The Government requires 6,238 rentable square feet of space yielding a minimum of 6,238 ANSI/BOMA office area and twenty-nine (29) surface parking spaces. All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration.
