Description

RECOVERY ACT - The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time. This project is for the replacement of HVAC controls in Bldg 500 on Malmstrom AFB, (Great Falls) Montana. Work consists of the contractor providing all labor, equipment, transportation, materials, quality control and supervision necessary to repair and replace the existing pneumatic and electric/ electronic controls with new direct digital (DDC) controls for the HVAC system, control valves, sensorts, and related equipment on all floors of the building, with the exception of the Installation Control Center (ICC) in accordance with the project specifications and drawings. This Request For Proposal will be available on or about 21 Apr 2009. The Request For Proposal will close on or about 21 May 2009. The Performance Period for this project is three hundred and sixy five (365) calendar days after receiving the Notice to Proceed. The Notice to Proceed may be issued within 10 days after award. The anticiated magnitude or this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. This acquisition is open to both large and small business in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The Request For Proposal is available by Electronic Transmission only at: http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Potential contractors must be currently registered in the Central Contractor Registry to be eligible for award. (See Internet Site: http://ccr.gov). All responsible sources may submit an offer good through 29 Dec 2009, which shall be considered by the agency. Potential contractors must also be currently registered with ORCA. (See Internet Site: http://orca.bpn.gov).
