Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W90EG890490100 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This request for Quote is due by 17 APR 20098, 12:00pm (Pacific Time). The RFQ will result in a firm fixed price contract. This solicitation is UNRESTRICTED. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 611430 This is a request for quote for NON-PERSONAL services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. SERVICES REQUIRED ARE FOR SCRIPT WRITING SERVICES TO INCLUDE TRAVEL in accordance with the Statement of Work. Wages applicable to Instructional Occupations are covered under Department of Labor Wage Determination WD 2005-2567 (Rev10) dated 10/28/2008. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded. It is a business process designed to obtain better visibility of the contractor service workforce from Contractors supporting the Army. The process was created to collect information on funding source, contracting vehicle, organization supported, mission and function performed, and labor hours and costs for contracted efforts. Please read the implementation language below, it will include the web-site address in which the information is entered. The Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army (Manpower & Reserve Affairs) operates and maintains a secure Army data collection site where the contractor will report ALL contractor manpower (including subcontractor manpower) required for performance of this contract. The contractor is required to completely fill in all the information in the format using the following web address: https//contractormanpower.army.pentagon.mil. *IMPORTANT!!! Information must be reported within 30 business days after the completion of this contract.
