- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District, intends to award on a Sole Source basis with Karcher Group Incorporated to provide all equipment, labor and training to upgrade and replace the current audio visual system for the parade grounds at the Marine Barracks located in Washington, DC. The audio visual equipment is compatible with the existing system now installed at the Barracks. The period of performance shall be for one (1) month, commencing upon receipt of order. All work shall be in accordance with the scope of work and the contractor quote. This notice of intent is NOT a Request for Competitive Proposals. No contract award will be made on the bases of this notice. This notice does not constitute a solicitation document and request for such documents will not be considered. However, all information received within three (3) calendar days after date of publication of this notice will be considered SOLELY for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for information received. The NAICS code is 238210 with a size standard of $14 million.
