- 1.Estimated Issue Date: 16 Apr 2009, Estimated Close Date: 18 May 2009. 2.PR Number: FD2030-09-07015. 3.Remanufacture/Re-core. Note - Contract will be only for those assets requiring re-core. OC-ALC performs repair only IAW the available Tech Order. 4.AMC: Not Applicable on overhaul/remanufacture items. 5.Item: E-3 Heat Exchanger. 6.NSN: 1660-01-005-5885. 7.Part Number: 753332-1. 8.Description: E-3 Heat Exchanger is an Air-to-Air heat-sink used to reduce the temperature of the engine bleed air prior to entering the Cooling Turbine. It consists of the primary and the secondary circuits and is a major part of the aircraft Environmental Control System. This requirement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Approved Small Business Sources are LIMCO/Airepair, Wall Colmonoy, and Elite Aerospace. Qualification Requirements exist for other sources to become approved. 9.Total Line Item Quantity: Line Item 0001 - Informational CLIN only - no quantity, Line Item 0001AA - Basic Year - 8 EA, Line Item 0001AB - Option I - 8 EA, Line Item 0001AC - Option II - 8 EA, Line Item 0001AD - Option III - 8 EA, Line Item 0001AE - Option IV - 8 EA, Line Item 0002 - Over and Above - TBD, Line Item 0003 - Data - 1 Lot. 10.Application: E-3 aircraft. 11.Destination: To be determined by the Production Management Specialist (PMS) at the time of shipment. 12.Delivery: 2 EA per month 30 days after receipt of delivery order and/or reps. 13.Qualification Requirements apply. Award will be made only if the offeror, the product/service or the manufacturer meets qualification requirements at the time of award in accordance with FAR clause 52.209-1. AWARD WILL NOT BE WITHHELD AWAITING QUALIFICATION. 14.Export Control: No. 15.UID: Note to Contractor: If unit price exceeds $5,000, then UID requirements will apply. 16.Written procedures will be used for this solicitation.
